All requests are processed about 1 business day, the refund transaction length is about 1-4 banking days.
Refunds are made by transferring the amount previously paid by you to the Visa / Mastercard you used to make the purchase. If the purchase was made in a different way, we will refund the funds to the card that you specified in your refund’s request.
